Clubhouse Reservation

Reservation Hours

• Weekdays: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (aligned with office operating hours)
• No reservations on holidays or holiday weekends

Eligibility

• Residents may reserve the clubhouse once per calendar month

How to Submit a Request

• Requests can only be made starting 30 days prior to the desired date
  • Example: A request for July 7 may not be submitted before June 7
• Requests are time-stamped and processed on a first-come, first-served basis
• Dates shown as blank on the Calendar are available for reservation
